The Shooting Practice

complete the story A sergeant was training the new recruits and they were trying his patience. None of them seemed to be able to shoot straight.
The sergeant took them closer to the target.
“Now take careful aim, steady your hand, and slowly, very slowly, pull the trigger,” said the sergeant.
They followed his instructions and shot, and this time all of them except for one thin youth managed to hit the target.
The sergeant flew into a rage. “You dimwit !” he screamed. “You’re a disgrace to the army! Why have you come here! Why don’t you go behind that shed and shoot yourself?”
Immediately, the youth saluted, turned and marched off to the back of the shed.
