The Longest Road

The longest road is almost 23,175 km long! It is the Pan-American Highway. It begins in Alaska, passes through Canada, USA, Mexico and goes all the way down the western coast of South America to Chile. From there it goes eastward to Buenos Aires, Argentina and finally north to Brasilia, Brazil. The road, except for two gaps in Panama and Colombia, is continuous and motorable.
