Things Required
1) A plate
2) Old Newspaper
3) A carrot
Method
Place two three layers of paper at the bottom of the plate.
Put a little water to make it damp.
Slice off the topmost portion of the carrot and place it on the damp paper.
Wet the news paper periodically, so that it remains damp.
In a few days the carrot will sprout leaves.
Use this as a table decoration
