This is my country India
Nehru, Patel, Tilak and Gandhi
Great leaders we had in plenty
Flowing rivers and beautiful mountains
That mark our country
Land of spiritualism and tolerance
That gave birth to Vedas and epics
But today our leaders are in affluence
Who gave rise to scams and poly tricks
My brothers and sisters do not lose hope
This is not just the land of trick of rope
Our country is too sacred and beloved
All it takes is men of vision and courage
To makes us the leaders of world stage
Do not fear to tread the path of truth
To make the country glow
