Our dearest pals are books
As they hold our hearts like hooks
Books are like great cooks
As they develop every thing in our brain’s nooks
They teach us every thing
And make us fly with wings
Books will be with us throughout the life
This friendship makes us sharp like a knife
They help us learn many languages
And we don’t forget these for ages
Books make us stand with proud heads
But, sometimes they test us with tricky mazes
Throughout the life, they are our preachers
Nothing will help us like these teachers.
