Far below the burning stardust,
Beyond the blue sky the battle dust,
Was a sandstorm in a desert of desperation.
As the warrior looked for one last inspiration
From the skies above
The earth below
He looked for one last inspiration.
His friends fell,
As rang death's bell
The armies were two floods
Looking to draw blood.
The sword glinted,
The arrow shot,
The humans fell
The blood they got.
"My fire must be lit
And look for the last slit
Into the enemy's heart."
Thought the wielder of the sword
His mighty weapon bored.
Through the rocks of conflict
And made the tunnel of bravery.
And reached the light of victory
And realized it was nothing
More than peace from evil.
And that was his goal, his
Inspiration.
