Today I would like to tell you about my friends.
Whenever they make mistakes, they also make amends.
Whenever I feel very sad,
They cheer me up and make me glad.
Whenever I am in big trouble,
They come to my rescue-quick and subtle.
Whenever I blunder and make them angry,
They are always ready to accept my sorry.
Whenever I need something urgently,
All I have to do is ask.
They'll search for it determinedly
As if it were a life or death task.
They'll help me with any problem,
For 'True Friendship' is their emblem.
Although at times they can be loud
To have them as my friends I am proud.
