Ramnirajan Podar School

Mumbai
CHILDREN'S CONTRIBUTIONS

ACHIEVEMENTS

By

One of the major achievement of the school has been the certification of ISO 9001:2000.
The school today is among one of the few schools in Mumbai to be certified for International Standards of education management. This certification, though a major triumph, is not an end in itself. It has only given the school an impetus to strive harder to achieve greater goals.
In the Horlicks Activity Fest which is a major National level competition, 549 students participated & 59 out of the 148 prizes were bagged by the school. The school was declared "Livewire champions of Mumbai".
Other Achievements include:
1. The G.D. Birla National Debate Competition.
2. The Word Power competition conducted by the Readers Digest.
3. The Funskool Monopoly Championship where Siddharth Shankar won the Mumbai leg of the competition.
4. Daisaku Ikeda Essay writing competition, where Nilanjana Chatterjee (STD 8) and Megha Kataria (std 8) and Megha Kataria (std 9) won the first and third prizes respectively.
