Our national animal is the tiger
Will it be extinct or a survivor?
Once it was the ruler of the forest
Today we cut trees and it has no home to rest
Once it walked around free without the fear of anyone
Today, it hides with fright from the poacher’s gun
Due to our mistakes the outlook is bad
Only 1411 left, it is really sad.
For ways of protecting it, we should look
Or soon it will be seen only in a movie or a book.
