Time is God's gift
And is very swift
You never know when the minutes tick away
While watching the trees sway.
For a student who has to complete his homework on time
Time is swift like a quail
For an officer who is eagerly waiting at home for his cheques
Time is slow like a snail
Without it we will never know
What time the sun will rise
Without it we will never know
For how much time should we bake pies!
Without time our world will be so backward
Without time won't it be so absurd?
