POEM

Sunflower

Sunflower, sunflower long and thin,
Your petals look like your little fins.

Varied in color and in design,
They make us mad, more than wine.

You will never allure your beauty,
To see and praise you is my duty.

I want your color, I want your zest,
I want your beauty,

For my life’s rest.
