Discrimination, is it right?
There are 10 students who qualify for the a national scholarship Interview round i.e. the final stage. All the interviews are perfect; each child performing his or her best. However only 9 qualify since the commitee cannot take all the students of one school. The student who is not considered for the scholarship is equal if not better to most of them. What do you have to say?

If the student has not been selected that means God has something better in store for that person. It is not discrimination but its like a competition, not everyone can be winners. Behind every frowning providence God has a smiling face. He has a purpose behind every action of his. So we should not brood when we are not winners. We have to look at the brighter side of things.

I suppose that this scenario is not a case of discrimination. In a dog eat dog world you can not be a mediocore, that particular student who was not selected was only equal and not better.to be a winner you have to prove your mettel in a way that seems to surpass other's .In a competition your calibre matters, luck ofcourse play a role but not prominently.
