I think this is very much prevalent in India. Women are perceived as an object of gaze here. I think if a person continuosly stares at a girl without reason it is an offence and nobody has a right to do that. Men think that it is their right to do so. What do you think about this?

Dimdima is the Sanskrit word for ‘drumbeat’. In olden days, victory in battle was heralded by the beat of drums or any important news to be conveyed to the people used to be accompanied with drumbeats.
