The book authored by wildlife activist Arefa Tehsin is about a young and brave girl Munia who befriends a strange bird whose species were believed to be extinct. The story begins with the disappearance of a horse named Vayu from the village and how the young girl, Munia saves it from the wrath of the villagers who believe that the strange bird had eaten up the horse.
The book is colourful and well illustrated by Sonal Goyal and Sumit Sakhuja.
