Armadillos are round creatures with short legs. They are about the size of a small dog. They have strong curved claws and their bodies are covered with armour. This armour is made of hard plates connected by bands that stretch, Armadillos are found in central and South America. You will find large Armadillos, which are nearly 15 metres long.
