Rain, rain, go away come again another day, little Johny wants to play rain rain go away.
This is a famous rhyme which you have studied in nursery about rain. The most beautiful season is monsoon. Children making paper boats is a common rainy scene seen during monsoon. During rainy season, that is monsoon season, fishes lay their eggs under water. That is why fishermen are not allowed to go for fishing to seas, as it disturbs the eggs during rainy season. Sometimes huge winds might occur and throw them out of their boats and sometimes they will drown into the sea. Some animals like to make journeys during rainy season and some might mot come out of their homes. Rainy season is mostly liked by peacocks and peahens. Rain might cause huge floods and even loss of life. It is at the same time useful as it is one of the purest form of drinking water. Trees cause rainfall and the amount of rainfall is deceasing as the trees and forests are been cleared for settlement and cultivation. The most heaviest rainfall is in Mausyrum near Chirapunji. Rain is beautiful and liken by majority of people but rain with thunder and lightening is dangerous and horrible. Let us together conserve rain water as one drop can save the lives of many people.
