CHILDREN'S CONTRIBUTIONS
Teacher’s are regarded as Gods in our culture.
They mould the children into useful citizens, train them in various skills to lead a successful life.
In ancient India ‘Guru Purnima was celebrated to respect the teachers on first full moon day during monsoon-Ashada Shukla Poornima.
In modern India we dedicate September 5th every year to teachers. It was the birthday of a great philosopher and 2nd president Dr. S. Radhakrishnan. This celebration should not be limited to a single day but every day should be considered as their day for the effort they put in to mould a child into a future responsible citizen.
