POEM

Sunrise

With the break of dawn,
rises a mound of red hot burning iron,
between the mountains rugged with trees

The ponderous mound soars higher,
till it paints the sky with an yellowish hue
and makes the world as pristine as ever.

Brings new hopes and wishes,
drives away the darkness
and ushers-the people to their destinies.
