Autobiography of a Leaf

Emma was staring out of the window while Ms.Mary, the history teacher was taking class. For Emma existence in classroom is only possible because of the windows. She now saw a leaf fall from a tree. She thought, "What would it be like when the leaf starts to write its autobiography ? " .
AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF A LEAF
THE PAST
My Grandfather, the farmer had sown the seeds which gave birth to my Mother. I was born after a few weeks. My dad, the clouds cried tears of joy which came down as rain and my mom grew tall and strong. I have thousands of other leaf siblings now. My elder sister, the big leaf cooked the necessary food needed for us in a kitchen called the photosynthesis.
THE PRESENT
My cruel uncle, the wind tried to pull me away from my mother. I tried hard to stick with her, but in vain and I fell down.
THE FUTURE
I think my father will cry hard and heavy rain will pour down. I might go along with other wastes to mix in the river and I may drown and die.
Later....... My hope was half correct. Heavy rain poured and I got mixed in a river. But then a little girl took me to her grandfather. To my surprise, he was the same farmer who was responsible for my mother’s existence. He is my grandfather too. He took me and put me in a compost pit. I saw many of my other leaf siblings there. I became manure after a few weeks. The farmer put me in the soil and the plants are taking up my nutrients. I ....am.......d.....y.....i....n.....g ..........
"Emma! Have you started to daydream as usual? Tell me what happened to Napoleon?" shouted Ms. Mary. Emma regained consciousness. Thinking of her leaf story, she said that Napoleon died. Fortunately she was right! Ms. Mary beamed and made her sit.
