Musical Friends

Spending time with friends is the most enjoyable time for anyone. There were three such best friends – Priya, Monika, and Aastha. They spent most of their time together. All three of them wanted to become famous singers. They were almost similar to each other. In short they were like sisters. But for only one reason, their friendship was always seemed in danger, that was music. All three of them were brilliant singers but Priya and Monika were always fighting on a petty issue that who was better between both of them.
One day Priya and Monika fought so much that they swore that they won’t talk to each other. Aastha everything would end soon but the outcome was different. They forced Aastha to take sides with one of them. Aastha was confused. She wanted this matter to end and three of them to become best friends again but it seemed that nothing could make Priya and Monika change their mind.
Aastha was sad about her friends. On seeing her so upset her elder sister Sonia asked her about her trouble. Aastha told her everything. Sonia knew that something like this would happen. Sonia was very clever. She asked Aastha to ignore them completely and make them feel as if she is not at all worried about their break-up. To show as if she is not bothered about them any more. She also made a concluding line saying that –True friendship cannot remain broken for long.
Aastha did as she was told . This made Priya and Monika feel very lonely. To Aastha’s astonishment, gradually Priya’s and Monika’s behaviour changed. They apologized to Aastha for their rude behaviour and three of them became friends again.
Meanwhile there was a Group Singing Contest at the school. Three of them participated and won the first prize. After that their friendship was never broken for sure.
So if you had or ever have a quarrel with your friends, end it as soon as possible cause-True friendship cannot remain broken for long.
