Who am I?

I am a part of the human body as well as an animal body.
No human or animal can live without me.
I am there in the entire body.
I am made up of millions of tiny cells.
I collect the oxygen from the liver and supply it to all the parts of the body.
A single drop of me contains 5 millions of red cells.
If I am less, it could be dangerous.
By the way, I am produced at the heart.
Can you guess who am I?
