Tennis Lessons

It all started off this summer vacation when my parents were trying to find something for me and my brother Rohan to do, to keep us busy. So we decided to take tennis lessons. I am now a big tennis fan. I am finding it to be a very good sport to get good exercise and also make new friends. The coach is also very friendly and helpful and teaches very well.
My daily tennis lesson starts off with running 5 rounds around the tennis court to warm up and then swinging the racquet to practice forehand bad backhand strikes. This is the most important time of the day since actually hitting the ball on the court depends on how I practice to swing the racquet when I am warming up.
The coach then makes us all stand in line according to our height and playing capability and feeds us balls from across the court. I get to play forehand and backhand alternately. When I make mistakes my coach immediately stops and corrects me.
At the end of the day we all exercise by running once again around the court 15-20 times. Sometimes we also get to play a relay game which is a lot of fun. This game develops running speed in us also builds up team work.
I would like to conclude by saying that everyone should make time to get involved in some sport daily along with their studies. Sport of any kind helps us to keep our mind sharp and our bones strong. We also get to meet and make new friends.
