Online Children's Magazine from India
Orange and black,
flying on a track.
Come the tigers,
fluttering higher.
They are rainbows of the sky.
We call them butterflies.
Every moment, getting colourful,
are the blue-morphos beautiful.
They cover the bright-sky hue,
with their wings blue.
Look!! what's that yellow speck there?
Is it the common wanderer?
And there, with red spots on its tail,
Flies the female sword-tail.
They tickle us with pleasure,
to make us happier.
Always so dramatic!!
Getting so ecstatic!!
Come soon spring,
So, we can see the brilliant wings.
