History, Geography & Civics

History geography civics
You make my head jinx
Pages full of long drawn notes
There are always dos but no don'ts.

History is derived from the words 'his story'
And surely it is the same, not to worry
Because what we learn is what Mohammad Gazini had done
No matter how old was the treaty of Constantinople.
The thing of the past is a juxtapose
When compared to our present pose.
And so we say, history geography civics,
You make my head jinx.

Geography- the meaning goes with itself
But is nothing more than the globe in a minute pixel
Plotting maps, hurrying up with assignments
And trying your best to avoid punishments.
Instead of studying the 'real-geo-graphy'
We are often asked to do 'virtual-graphy'.
And so we say, history geography civics,
You make my head jinx.

Talking about civics, is talking about common sense,
Which is so uncommon and hardly makes any sense.
Civics teaches us not how the world is,
But how the world should be, which never is.
Being so stupid and for free
Students tend to see it as boring but still is easiest of the three.
And so we say, history geography civics,
You make my head jinx.
