What is a life without a friend,
An empty hallway, a dead end!
A day without light,
A year without rain,
A state of numbness;
No gain, No pain.
What is a friend?
A firefly in the dark.
Harbinger of happiness,
The creator of your smile.
They make you smile,
Without even trying,
For they can’t bare,
the sight of you crying.

to have someone to believe in,
